Time for BRF Gillet in Lund to Conduct OVK Service (Mandatory Ventilation Inspection)

Please read this message carefully. It is important that someone is home or that you place your door lock in service mode. 

Instructions on how to do this attached. 

They will visit our association from October 14-17, 2024 (one building per day).

 

They will start at 08:00, according to the following schedule:

  • October 14: Building 6
  • October 15: Building 8
  • October 16: Building 10
  • October 17: Building 12

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

Please make sure to either be home or have your door lock in service mode. If they need to return, an extra fee will be charged to you as the apartment owner. The inspection is mandatory. 

 

Instruction on how to place your door look in service mode will be attached in an email and uploaded on the website.

Additional Information

 

OVK Service Syd AB performs ventilation inspections according to the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning regulations. Any issues found will be clearly reported, and we can offer to fix them if you wish.

 

Adjustment

Airflow is influenced by factors like the number of people, climate, and equipment. Regular adjustments may be necessary. We are trained and certified to adjust airflow, and this is one of the most common actions we recommend during OVK.

Important Information!

To ensure the quoted prices apply, the work must be done without interruption in the apartments. This means you must either be home or have your door lock set to service mode.

If we need to return, additional costs will be charged to the apartment owner.
